Who We Are
Weekend Health's mission is to make healthcare more accessible, more transparent, and friendlier. Our platform, WeightWatchers Clinic / Sequence, focuses on chronic obesity, which affects more than 50% of adults and is closely related to many other chronic conditions.
We do this by :
- Connecting patients with board-certified obesity specialists to provide the highest quality of care, as well as access to the most effective weight management medications available
- Assembling a team of health coaches to support our members in their journeys toward better health
- Building a community for our members to share their experiences and learn from each other about healthy lifestyle practices
We are looking for a Strategy and Operations Manager to help scale our business. This role will work closely with the Product, Clinician leadership, and Member Operation teams to improve the member experience and maintain operational excellence. This role will require strong cross-functional collaboration and a high degree of visibility to senior leadership.

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to : skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.
US Pay Range
100,000-$160,000 USD
