Job Summary

As our Production Scheduler, you will play a key role in supporting the production team by building the production schedule to ensure projects move efficiently through fabrication to delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes. The Production Scheduler will work closely with various departments to optimize workflow and maintain high standards of quality.
What You’ll Do:
Manage Production Schedule: build a production schedule to deliver on customer orders, production targets, and delivery timelines. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet changing demands or resolve issues.
Team Coordination and Problem Solving: Collaborate with inventory manager and production departments to ensure resources are available for uninterrupted production, schedules are on track, issues are solved, and delays are quickly addressed.
Communication: Lead collaboration and communication across departments with consistent updates on production goals, delivery timelines, and scheduling adjustments.
Partner in Excellence: Collaborate on quality control to ensure our products meet specifications and quality standards that delight our customers.
Continuous Improvement: Utilize ERP systems and data analysis to help identify inefficiencies and recommend opportunities for improvement.
Safety First: Model and enforce workplace safety protocols to keep our team-mates healthy and maintain regulatory compliance.
What You'll Bring:
- Associates degree or 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a supervisory or scheduling role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and workflow optimization.
- Tech Savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with scheduling/ERP software or lean manufacturing techniques is a plus.
- Positive problem solver: A positive mindset with a drive to ask questions and overcome obstacles.
- Time Management Pro: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and balance competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-Motivated: Work independently, ask questions, and follow through.
