Key Responsibilities :
- Contribute to improvements of rubber lining, equipment repair processes, and warehousing, including new processes, tools and equipment
- Participate in short- and long-term operations planning, plant layout, process planning, routing creation and estimating manufacturing costs.
- Facilitate the deployment of continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste in our processes by utilizing Lean tools such as value streams, WINS, TPM, and 6S.
- Design and manage production or procurement of jigs, fixturing and equipment to improve process efficiency, quality and / or capacity throughout manufacturing and operations processes
- Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
