The Meat Department Associate is responsible for receiving and unloading incoming shipments, pricing products, and stocking cases to ensure quality, protection, accuracy, and proper rotation of product in the cases and cooler. This role also involves maintaining a safe and clean working environment to ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation requirements as set forth by the company and mandated by state, federal, and OSHA regulations.

Essential Duties:
- Follower established department procedures for receiving and unloading incoming shipments.
- Pricing products and stocking cases to ensure quality, protection, accuracy, and proper rotation of product.
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Greeting and taking orders from customers.
- Cutting, trays, and packages all required meat and seafood products.
- Maintaining proper safety practices and care while using cutting accessories.
- Participating in pre-inventory preparation, including back stock and assuring tags match products.
