• Receiving and unloading shipments, pricing products, and stocking cases to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding weights and measures and labeling laws.
• Greeting customers and taking orders.
• Cutting, trays, and packaging meat and seafood products as required.
• Using cutting accessories safely and wearing mesh gloves when handling knives.
• Participating in pre-inventory preparation and ensuring accurate product tags.
• Assisting other departments as needed.

Qualification Requirements To perform this job successfully, you must have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED), plus two years of experience in a retail environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
