About the Company - Weiser Security is a privately owned company based out of New Orleans, LA with offices throughout the US. Focusing on employee relations that builds a solid customer service mentality fostering strong relationships with customers.
This position as Regional Vice President involves providing professional contact by developing open lines of communication with clients and employees and administering company policies and procedures. The Regional Vice President is responsible for full financial and operational aspects of Branch Offices in their region.
These are not the only duties to be performed by this position. He or she will be required to follow instructions and duties requested by the C.E.O., C.O.O., Vice President of Human Resources, or General Counsel.
Essential Functions :
- Follow all Weiser Security Services, Inc. policies and procedures.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
- Participate in required meetings with clients to complete SCRs, discuss Site Inspections, and follow up on specific requests of the client as needed to maintain relationships with clients.
- Meet company standards or goals in areas of licensing, client retention, rate increases, overtime, and training time.
- Oversee Post Order Program.
- Review overtime reports and Job Cost weekly and directly supervise Branch Managers on how to reduce and eliminate overtime.
- Ensure Branch Managers are completing weekly and monthly reports.
- Identify client needs from SCR and initiate any needed action to solve problems. Track Service Calls as per requirements.
- Ensure Branch Managers are staffing accounts as required.
- Initiate ongoing communication with all employees to ensure quality service throughout the branches.
- Develop subordinates with ongoing training.
- During monthly visits initiate ongoing communication with all branch employees.
- Report all claims of harassment, discrimination, and / or retaliation to the Vice President of Human Resources, General Counsel, or CEO at the Support Center.
- Review, track, complete, respond to and defend unemployment claims in conjunction with the Corporate Human Resources Assistant.
- Evaluate performance of Branch Managers yearly.
- Understand and review monthly rate increase, job costs and financial statements.
- Report all claims of accidents and injuries to the Vice President of Human Resources.
- Prepare and submit various management reports.
- Review Account Receivables for timely collections.
- Review financial statements for his / her respective branch operations.
- Enforce state licensing requirements and review for compliance.
Additional Responsibilities :
Complete special assignments or requests of the Client, C.E.O., C.O.O., Vice President of Human Resources, or General Counsel of the Company.
