We are recruiting for a full time (benefit eligible) Receptionist to join our skilled pediatric team of professionals in Sewell, NJ. Days/Hours: Mon., Tues., Wed. 10am-6pm, Thurs.11am-7pm, Fri. 9am-5pm

POSITION SUMMARY:
- Responsible for answering telephones, assisting callers, transferring calls to appropriate destination, taking messages.
- Responsible for greeting patients in a fast paced environment, collecting copays, deductibles or required payment of services prior to treatment, documenting transactions in EMR.
- Responsible for monitoring entrances and exits of visitors, patients and families.
- Handle various clerical functions as assigned by the Office Manager or his/her representative. Will be trained by the Office Manager pertaining to HBA procedures.
- Thorough knowledge of facility policies and procedures as it relates to the above duties
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- Two years of experience in clerical healthcare environment
- Articulate, tactful, and demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Attention to detail with ability to multi-task
- Computer literate in Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
- Team player and ability to work independently
