We're Hiring an Sous Chef!
Job Summary :
We are looking for an Sous Chef to support and assist the Executive Chef in leading our kitchen team and delivering outstanding dining experiences. The Executive Sous Chef will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, maintain food quality and safety standards, and mentor and develop kitchen staff. This position requires strong culinary skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in menu development, including seasonal changes and special dishes.
- Oversee food preparation to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to foster a positive, efficient work environment.
- Monitor kitchen inventory and assist with ordering and cost controls.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all kitchen operations.
- Step in for the Executive Chef in their absence, providing leadership and guidance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations.
