Description
Summary : Responsible for preparing loan documentation for consumer, commercial and agricultural loans. Files new UCC's and monitors existing filings.
Eligibility factors :
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all loans being processed
- Assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations
- Has a strong commitment and dedication to internal and external customer service
- Must be extremely confidential
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven record of problem solving ability
- Must demonstrate above average attention to detail
- Coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines to insure quality service
- Must be proficient in understanding and operating computer systems necessary to support Lending Division
Requirements
Skills / education / experience required :
Associate's degree (AA) from a two year college or university; or related accounting, banking and loan experience and / or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Attention to detail necessary.
Salary Description
18.75 - $20.00
