We are seeking a talented Primary Care Physician to join our team at WelbeHealth. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, holistic care to our seniors through our value-based PACE program.

Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing primary care services to our seniors, including routine check-ups, medication management, and preventative care. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our value-based PACE program, which allows you to focus on what really matters – your patients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or geriatrics. You must also be eligible for enrollment to provide services to Medicare and Medi-Cal participants.
