At WelbeHealth, we provide life-extending healthcare to our most vulnerable seniors. Our innovative PACE model enables our participants to receive primary care services at home rather than in a skilled nursing facility.
The Outreach Specialist (Health Plan Sales Specialist) is a critical member of our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment (MOE) team, responsible for the successful enrollment of prospective participants into our PACE program. This involves developing and maintaining relationships with community leaders and partners, generating quality participant referrals, and promoting Welbehealth's values and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Outreach: Coordinate and initiate outreach activities in communities where seniors live, fostering partnerships with senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, churches, and other organizations.
- Enrollment Goals: Consistently meet monthly enrollment metric goals, identifying opportunities to collaborate with community organizations to generate qualified leads.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain best-in-class relationships with community leaders and partners, providing education regarding WelbeHealth's services.
- Marketing Plans: Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to achieve monthly enrollment goals in collaboration with the MOE Director.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or healthcare administration preferred.
- Certifications: DHCS training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire.
- Experience: Minimum of two years in sales and marketing roles, with at least one year in healthcare or senior care settings (within service area preferred).
- Technology: Experience with Salesforce, Athena, or similar systems.
