Position Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Colorado based Rental and Transportation Dept Manager interested in developing the knowledge and customer service capability of several rental dept and transportation dept employees.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and ensure that all staff is properly trained to understand and implement all Rental dept sales, operational processes and objectives. You and your staff will be responsible for the rental and transportation depts of our NM and CO offices and will provide administrative support to our Utah Rental and Used Equipment manager.
- Work closely with Accounting dept to ensure proper classification and accounting of equipment and expenses.
- Work with Director of Customer Service and Customer Experience Manager to ensure that all procedures and policies are followed and that our customers' expectations are exceeded.
- Work closely with Welch Sales, Used, Service and Parts departments which will lead the Rental department to fully understand their objectives and the objectives of the entire company.
- Use Raymond and Toyota guidelines and benchmarks as a method for increasing our market penetration and profitability.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Associates or Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or business preferred but not required
- Experience or background in acct and finance helpful
- Knowledge of the ‘Material Handling' industry is a plus
- Management and leadership experience in a Rental environment preferred
- Experience working in Rentals in the heavy equipment, automotive, or forklift industries
- Leads by practicing our Servant Leadership philosophy
- Aptitude to think creatively and create customer solutions on the spot
- Ability to be a team player and perform in a fast-paced, continually interrupted environment.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfort and knowledge of standard business processes and technologies.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
