Position Summary:
We are looking for a visionary IT Lead of Data Technical Services to spearhead our organization's digital transformation efforts by architecting and managing cutting-edge data systems. In this role, you will be at the forefront of modernizing our data infrastructure, empowering the business to leverage advanced analytics, cloud technologies, and real-time data to make smarter, faster decisions. This role will be partnered in close conjunction with our Delivery Leader of Application Technical Services and our Cloud Architect.
As a key leader, you will drive the shift to a data-first culture, enabling the seamless integration of new systems into cloud platforms while ensuring data governance, security, and scalability. You will design and implement state-of-the-art data architectures, oversee data pipelines, and manage distributed systems that are pivotal to unlocking the full potential of big data, IoT, and AI within our business.
Your leadership will be critical in transforming how we handle and interpret data, turning complex datasets into actionable insights that directly contribute to business growth and operational efficiency. By partnering with cross-functional teams, you'll be guiding the deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning models, fueling innovation across the company.

This role will be based out of our Concord, MA headquarters where you will be immersed in a dynamic workplace where innovation thrives, and collaboration is key.
Our company in-office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration & relationship building balanced with flexibility and well-being with 3 days in office and Thursdays/Friday being remote, flex days.

What You'll Do:
- Partners closely with our Delivery Leader of Application Technical Services, and our Cloud Architect to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and strategy as well as IT GRC and Security to establish and monitor cloud data governance, security and compliance.
- Focus on building a modern, connected data ecosystem that accelerates the use of data, analytics and advanced AI using cloud technologies.
- Oversee the architecture, development, and maintenance of our data management system, and cloud data fabric solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
- Manage ETL processes to facilitate the smooth flow of data from various sources into centralized systems.
- Monitor and optimize overall data movement in MS Fabric environment, specifically in the areas of performance to ensure efficiency and to optimize costs.
- Continuously monitor emerging technologies and industry trends in data management and analytics space to determine their potential impact on data architecture.
- Serve as the subject matter expert, providing expert-level advice and guidance on cloud data management and complex data analytics projects and initiatives. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
- Conduct architecture reviews to ensure compliance with established standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Become a key member of an exciting on-going digital transformation program.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 10 years of proven experience in data warehousing, data architecture, and 3-5 years of experience specifically Azure technologies; including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Explorer, Azure Data Lake Storage, Power App Platform, including Power BI.
- Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate certification preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of software architecture, application development, and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines inside the domains of cloud native architecture, artificial intelligence, machine learning, MLOps.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Hands-on practical experience delivering system and platform design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Expertise in one or more programming language(s) like SQL / Python / Spark
- Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and governance standards.
- Ability to implement best practices for data quality and integrity.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Infor M3 a ) and industry-specific cloud solution data challenges.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
