Description
The Line Intervention Service Coordinator role will be the primary point of management of all Line Intervention service work orders. They will work to proactively and reactively manage all won jobs to help ensure good communication with the commercial team and a great hand off with operations. Quick and timely response, highly organized, good with details, great communication, and excellent with computers will be critical to success.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Job Coordination
- Once an order is closed won, handle pre-project communications with the customer both proactive and reactive
- Ensure all data sheets are collected for job and all job details are uploaded into the work order folder in CRM. Ensure all other fields on work order and in the service appointments are uploaded
- Check in with the customer on projected dates for the project. Manage and move service appointments in CRM both proactively and reactively
- When requested by customer, work with engineering to get stack up drawings and other technical information such as equipment details and flow rates
- Tech dispatching, flows from the work order management process in CRM
- Participate on customer pre-job calls as WF rep. Ensure customer get what it needs and all info communicated back to service operations team and techs.
- Ensure sytline and Sf.com are in sync
- For orders with built to order fittings, interface with PM Team as needed
Scheduling & Dispatching:
Responsibility
- Update the online schedule on a real time basis to ensure accuracy of tech location by day
- Ensure all details are on the job prior to dispatch. Contacts, location, assets, files, etc.
- Work with the HTLS Service Line Manager to set final schedule for all regions. Dispatch techs upon approval
Other
- Support other service operations needs as requested
- Ensure post job survey is sent to customer and that post job survey is shared with team
- Work with salespeople to ensure they are up to date on their customers projects
- Interface with PM team on all standard fittings built for planned job
- Manage equipment vendors to ensure equipment is delivered to promises

Education/Experience Requirements:
- Associates Degree or Equal experience in Oil and Gas Industry
- Expediting Experience Helpful
- Document Control
