Receptionist

We are looking for team members who believes in the holistic healthcare field! Our ideal candidates are enthusiastic, cheerful and have great attention to detail. Previous customer service and computer experience a plus. We need someone who is comfortable with a set schedule, however, flexible with availability in the event of vacation or emergency coverage is needed, or flexible on the role that you may take on a particular day when arriving to work. Experience with QuickBooks is a bonus! Must LOVE dogs! We have an emotional support office dog who is here everyday and everyone here shares in the responsibility of walking him when needed!

We have two part time positions available immediately.

We offer an excellent training program to ensure that you are fully prepared for all aspects of this position. There is room for advancement in this position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and exceptional customer service in a professional setting.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems

- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner

-Schedule clients for future appointments

- Invoice clients and assist in their purchases

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations

Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur 8:30-2:30

Fridays 8:30 - 4 pm

1 Saturday a month 7:30 - 1 pm

Position Two

Mondays 2 pm - 8 pm

Wednesdays 2 pm - 8:00 pm

Every Saturday 7:30 - 2 pm

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
