Job Summary :
The Applications Analyst III will be responsible for the maintenance and support of our care management and utilization management platform (Jiva) within IT as well as integrated cross functional tools or systems.
Systems Analysis : The Applications Analyst III will be responsible for documentation of high-level and detailed requirements, completing required configurations, and collaborating with key IT and business representatives. The Applications Analyst III is the primary liaison between the business and technical staff.
Maintenance and support : The Applications Analyst III will be responsible for researching and coordinating resolution of incidents impacting Jiva users.

Competencies, Skills, and Attributes :
Working knowledge of MS Office products (Access, Project, Visio, PowerPoint) and SQL
Knowledge of all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle required, with advanced skill and experience in the requirements, specification, testing, and implementation phases
Detail oriented, excellent proof reading and editing skills.
Strong analytic skills to conceptualize and envision the impact of change and propose new ways to do business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to lead and direct others in a cross-functional organization
Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, problem-solve and identify and use appropriate technology to solve business problems
