Job Purpose

Welldoc is looking for a Content Operations Specialist role, who will report to the Director, Clinical Informatics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate content in our digital health products within a fast-paced environment and tight timelines. The primary focus will be the administration, maintenance, and testing of the content management system (CMS).

Responsibilities

· Enter, review, and maintain accurate content in the CMS and spreadsheets.

· Adapt existing scripts to facilitate the maintenance of content in CMS.

· Assist the clinical and product teams with reviewing content accuracy in screen designs and testing content in the application builds.

· Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and implement efficient processes and tools for content management.

· Solve problems, think creatively, and provide innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

· Analyze monthly raw data of our content and identify trends.

· Provide CMS training and support for all users.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred intermediate skills with formulas and functions in Excel) and Google Workspace

· Preferred: 1 year of coding scripts (e.g., C#, PowerShell) experience

· Preferred: 1 year with content management systems (e.g., Contentful, WordPress)

· Experience with testing applications in iOS and Android platforms

WellDoc operates in ISO 13485 and MDSAP regulated and HITRUST compliant environments. Therefore, it is expected that all employees will have either prior experience working in those environments or, will be trained to understand the requirements needed to work and support those requirements and culture as they relate to individual roles and responsibilities.

Required Education

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience

Compensation & Benefits

Welldoc offers a competitive compensation package which, in addition to salary, includes generous PTO, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision care, life and disability insurance, retirement benefits and the opportunity to participate in health savings accounts and/or dependent care accounts. The anticipated salary range for this position is between $60,000-75,000/year with the expectation that most candidates will fall around the midpoint of the range.

Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment, you may be required to complete and clear a multi-panel drug screening process. This screening is in connection with requirements set by certain of the Company’s customers, with which you may be working in this role, and will at all times be administered all applicable laws.
