Weller Truck Parts began its history in 1928 as a small company that found value in recycled parts for the auto industry. Over the years, Weller has grown into a thriving business dedicated to the remanufacturing of heavy truck driveline components. In 2014, Weller became a 100% Associate-Owned ESOP company and is a member of the Jasper Holding family of companies. For today, and beyond, Weller remains dedicating to “out servicing” the competition and removing the otherwise defunct units and parts from the path to a landfill.

Position Responsibilities:
- Guides all associates in daily operations to ensure a high degree of safety, service, and operational excellence.
- Provides warehouse safety leadership and is responsible for overall safety performance.
- Promotes a strong sense of teamwork and a culture of respect by working together effectively, respectfully, and efficiently with all associates.
- Hires, teaches, coaches and retains the highest level of quality associates.
- Effectively communicates Organizational goals and objects to Associates.
- Plans, directs and monitors all inventory control, storage, shipping and receiving activities.
- Manages metrics to ensure accurate inventory and prevent supply interruption.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Fills in, as necessary, for staff members that are away from work.
- Approves weekly payroll hours.
- Prepares and delivers performance reviews on an annual basis.
- Anticipates and identifies problems, challenges, and opportunities by analyzing data and reports.
- Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- 5 years’ experience in supply chain or warehouse operation.
- 3 years’ experience in a management role.
- Onsite and regular attendance are required.
- Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking during a shift.
- Must be able to use hands on a routine and daily basis to grasp, reach, touch, handle, feel and/or otherwise operate required tools or controls.
- Must be able to ambulate on and off of a Hilo.
- Must be able to be an active listener and able to communicate in a clear and precise manner.
- Works in a manufacturing environment that may have fluctuating temperatures.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.
