The Opportunity

The Sales Development Representative is a hands on new client acquisition, and business development professional who manages a portfolio of both new logo and current companies to drive SAPinsider ACE Product Portfolio sales. The SDR will consistently set up exploration sales calls with prospect companies and partner with a dedicated Sales Executive to sell those prospects.

SAPinsider is committed to a learn it all culture and provides ongoing training and development to aspiring sales executives that would like to start and grow their career at SAPinsider.

The role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Responsibilities include :

  • Grow a portfolio of 50 B2B technology company prospects.
  • Develop and maintain a targeted list of marketing executives at each prospect company.
  • Consistently setting up meetings each week with prospect companies.
  • High activity phone calling and outreach.
  • Frequent targeted emails to prospects.
  • Follow up on marketing leads to your prospect companies.
  • Schedule and lead sales calls with Marketing executives presenting the benefits of being a Partner Member.
  • Work with a dedicated Sales Executive to sell annual programs.

Professional Qualifications

An ideal candidate will possess :

  • Commitment to grow a professional career in business development and sales.
  • Passion for working with technology marketing professionals and their go to market needs.
  • Ability to engage and sustain executive and management level relationships across all prospects.
  • Proven experience as an SDR / BDR in selling event sponsorship, marketing services, advertising, digital services or lead generation.
  • Commitment to achieving monthly prospect meeting and new logo sales goals.
  • Exceptional speaking, writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong experience working within a CRM environment with a preference to SFDC experience.
  • Compensation
  • The Sales Development Executive enjoys a competitive salary based on experience and an aggressive commission plan.
