Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate an inside sales team to exceed sales targets by closing deals and generating high-value business opportunities
- Actively engage in the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring the achievement of quarterly and annual sales goals
- Develop and implement closing strategies for high-profile accounts, including negotiations and finalizing deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation efforts and capitalize on market trends
- Train and mentor team members on effective sales and closing techniques
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics, using insights to optimize sales strategies and practices
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 7 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing sales and achieving sales quotas
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
