Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated medical assistants to join our growing team! Your primary responsibilities will include operating state-of-the-art medical and wellness devices, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate patient records.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a cutting-edge environment with simplified, easy-to-use technologies. Most devices require just 1-2 days of training for certification, and you’ll receive ongoing supervision and professional development alongside our physician-led team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer treatments using advanced technologies, including UltraSlim, CoolSculpting, CoolTone, and Diamond Glow.
• Educate clients about treatment options and guide them through their personalized care plans.
• Maintain a welcoming, spa-like environment that reflects our commitment to client satisfaction.
• Keep detailed records of client treatment plans and progress while ensuring confidentiality.
• Provide post-treatment care instructions to maximize results.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in weight loss, wellness, and aesthetic care to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • 1-2 years of experience in healthcare, med spa, or wellness settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and build lasting relationships.
  • Passion for health, beauty, and wellness with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Preferred:
  • Hands-on experience with body contouring, skin rejuvenation, or related aesthetic technologies.
  • Certification in CoolSculpting or similar treatments is a strong plus.
