About the Role
OVERVIEW
As a Financial Administrator within the Invoicing Team at Wellington, this individual will work to calculate and prepare both base and complex variable fee invoices for a wide array of Wellington’s global clients. The individual will field a variety of revenue-related questions from both internal and external clients in a timely and accurate manner. This role has a high-level of interaction with the Global Relationship Group (Client Group) and Product Management at Wellington and direct contact with external clients to resolve any invoicing questions that may arise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Using a variety of applications, process and review management fee invoices and supporting documents related to the calculation of both base and variable fees including applicable taxes
- Where contract language lacks clarity, suggest fee calculation treatments to management that result in equitable treatment to all parties involved
- Review new account and amendment fee language to ensure it’s accurate, equitable and complete
- Consult with stakeholders on both existing and prospective issues resulting from Wellington’s book of Most Favored Nation clients
- Complete ad hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in the compilation of data for audit requests
- Assist with the testing of application enhancements
- Train and manage co-op and contingent resources as assigned
- Review and approve the set-up of new accounts on the invoicing application to ensure accuracy
- Document procedures for use by current and future team members
QUALIFICATIONS
- A recent college graduate up to three (3) years of previous related work experience is desirable
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work in a challenging and fast-paced environment
- Strong mathematical skills, business acumen, and interest in the markets are essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn on the job and grow by taking on more complex assignments

Our approach to compensation considers all aspects of total compensation; all employees are eligible to receive salary, variable compensation, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is:
USD 55,000 - 100,000
This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
Base salary is only one component of Wellington’s total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
