Duties

- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare providers and patients regarding their accounts.
- Review account information and financial records to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with the revenue cycle management team to ensure efficient processing of payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Stay updated on financial concepts and collection regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical collection or accounts receivable roles is preferred.
