- Coordinate and manage executive schedules, including calendar management and appointment setting using Outlook Calendar and Google Suite.
- Provide administrative support by handling data entry, file management, and maintaining organized office documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, utilizing phone systems effectively.
- Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines, organizing meetings, and preparing necessary materials for presentations.
- Maintain a clean and efficient office environment to promote productivity among team members.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and effective information flow.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on project coordination is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar, as well as Google Suite applications.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining accurate records is essential.
