The Production Planning Specialist is responsible for creating and executing production plans to ensure timely completion of production tasks and meet customer requirements. This role involves coordinating production resources, tracking production progress, analyzing capacity data, and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency. Additionally, the Production Planning Specialist collaborates closely with supply chain, sales, and production teams to ensure the feasibility and flexibility of production plans.
主要职责 Key Responsibilities：
- 依据客户订单交付要求，拟定合理的生产计划、物料需求计划、进料计划和成品交付计划。
- Create reasonable production plans, material requirement plans, inbound plans, and finished product delivery plans based on customer order requirements.
- 统筹和跟进相关物料齐套回货，并协调处理过程中的异常问题，确保整体交付进度达成。
- Coordinate and track the return of necessary materials and handle any issues during the process to ensure overall delivery progress.
- 实时跟踪生产任务的执行情况，确保生产进度符合计划。
- Monitor the execution of production tasks in real-time to ensure that progress aligns with the plan.
- 针对生产过程中的异常问题，及时与采购、品质、工程等部门沟通，协调解决处理问题。
- Address any issues arising during production by communicating with the procurement, quality, and engineering departments to coordinate solutions.
- 收集和分析生产数据，识别瓶颈和低效环节。
- Collect and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- 提出优化生产流程的方案，提高生产效率。
- Propose process optimization solutions to improve production efficiency.
- 下达物料需求计划，并监督采购需求下达及回货进度，控制和节约物料成本。
- Issue material requirement plans, supervise procurement requests, and track the progress of material returns to control and reduce material costs.
- 与供应链团队合作，确保生产所需物料的及时供应。
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely supply of materials required for production.
- 与销售、供应链和生产团队保持密切沟通，调整生产计划以应对需求变化。
- Maintain close communication with sales, supply chain, and production teams to adjust production plans in response to demand changes.
- 确保生产计划的实施符合公司目标。
- Ensure that the execution of production plans aligns with the company's goals.
岗位要求 Qualification
- 大专及以上学历，财务管理、供应链管理或相关专业优先。
- Associate’s degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- 0 - 2 年以上制造业或生产计划相关经验。
- 0 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production planning.
- 中英文双语流利这优先考虑。
- Being fluent in both Chinese and English will be a significant advantage.
- 掌握生产运营管理和生产排程相关知识，熟悉工厂制程、产能等技术，地板行业经验尤佳。
Knowledge of production operations management and scheduling, familiarity with factory processes and capacity management, with flooring industry experience preferred.
- 熟悉ERP系统及Office软件，特别是Excel的操作。
Proficiency in ERP systems and Office applications, particularly Excel.
