The Executive Assistantto the Chairman is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Chairman by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and facilitating communication between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders. The role also involves assisting in the execution of strategic initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of the Chairman’s office.
日程管理 Schedule Management

- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments.

- Coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.
