Chiropractic Receptionist/Assistants needed for immediate hire. Prefer individuals with a strong customer service background. If you are a hard worker, have an incredible work ethic while being able to multitask, smile and are engaging, we have a job for you!
Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and Fridays: 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
-OR-
Monday-Thursday 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Essential Functions
- Welcome and acknowledge all patients, anticipate and address patients' experience needs
- Positively impact our patients lives
- Proactively fill doctor’s schedule
- Balance multiple tasks in a productive manner
- Explain treatment plans with patients
- Perform patient therapies when needed
- Make sure waiting area and public areas are clean
- First to start relationship with patients which sets tone for the visit
- Assist patients in financial arrangements
- Schedule and Confirm appointments
- Collects and Post Payments
- Work closely with Office Manager
- Verify Insurance and Authorize Visits as needed
- Respond to Patient Questions.
- Attend Marketing Meetings
Requirements
- Customer service skills
- Front desk experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective working relationship with physicians, employees and patients
- Read, understand and follow oral and written instruction
