We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RCM informatics specialist for our EHR and other Healthcare applications. This role is pivotal in collaborating with various stakeholders, including end-users, clinicians, technical teams, to deliver effective solutions for applications and projects that ensure RCM success for the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining RCM focused applications and subsections of the EHR, focusing on Patient Access / RCM workflows. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, a deep understanding of Revenue Cycle, patient access, health insurance, and excellent communication skills.
Essential Job Functions :
- Collaborate with end-users, RCM, and operational teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Configure, implement, and maintain the HER RCM system, focusing on RCM workflows, charge capture, and HealthCare Insurance.
- Provide end-user support during system implementation, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
- Troubleshoot issues related to the EHR system / RCM applications and work towards timely resolution.
- Participate in testing phases (unit testing, integration testing, etc.) for new applications and modules.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements.
- Prepare documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful HER / RCM Applications roll-out and adoption.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and updates related to Healthcare Technology and HealthCare Insurance.
- This position requires excellent communication skills to keep all stakeholders informed of healthcare application capabilities, current state configuration of applications and future opportunities to leverage applications more robustly.
- Facilitate effective and proactive business engagement through requirements definition, analysis, application support, quality assurance, issue resolution and ongoing training.
- Maximize user adoption by ensuring users understand and utilize available services to the greatest extent possible to improve their daily workflow(s).
- Provide project support to assigned healthcare application initiatives.
- Serve as system administrator for all applications and services supporting RCM.
- Partner with service providers of Healthcare technology to optimize our use of their applications
Minimum Job Qualifications :
Annual Pay Range : $55-65k
