Wells and Company Builders is growing and needs a Lead Carpenter to join the team. We are a thriving and professional remodeling contracting company located in Wenham, MA.
We focus on residential renovations, additions and remodels. We are growing on the North Shore with an established client base in the greater Boston area. The Lead Carpenter will oversee the day to day onsite production and help lead our team.
Duties will include :
- Managing and facilitating subcontractors
- Directing junior carpenters
- Acting as on-site client liaison
- Material ordering
- Collaborating on the build process with project manager
Must haves : English proficiency, great communication skills, reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. More importantly, a desire to learn and grow.
CSL preferred and bonus if you have knowledge of sustainable and / or advanced building techniques.
We are accepting applications for FT, W-2 candidates only. Sign-on bonus paid after 120 days of successful employment.
