Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) to join our National Branch Network team. As an Associate Personal Banker, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in proactive outreach to build relationships with customers and identify opportunities to provide personalized solutions.
- Assist customers with opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
- Develop a thorough understanding of bank products and services to connect customers' needs to appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal partners to refer customers' financial needs and provide seamless solutions.
Requirements:
- 6 months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
