Glide - Relaunch is an eight-week return-to-work program, or "returnship", that provides the necessary resources to support and accelerate your exposure at Wells Fargo after taking a career break.
As a Glide participant you will spend 80% of your returnship focused on work directly aligned to a specific role for which you have applied and been selected for during the program interview process. The remaining 20% of your time consists of a program manager-led, cohort curriculum experience that includes skills refresh, engagement with program graduates, and senior leader networking opportunities - giving you the chance to learn from successful Wells Fargo leaders who will share their expertise and knowledge to help relaunch your career.

Program Expectations:
- Must be able to commit to full duration of 8-week returnship program working in office at least 3 days per week/remote 2 days per week, from September 11 - November 3. Conversion opportunities for those successful in the returnship to full-time roles will immediately follow the returnship beginning on November 6.

In these roles, you may:
- Participate in counseling and assisting in team or management related issues for individuals and all levels of management within a designated functional area
- Provide front line support in the prevention, investigation, resolution, and referral of employee relations problems
- Review and analyze issues related to employee relations at all levels of management
- Communicate, guide, and educate of core or common Employee Relations or Human Resource policies
- Present recommendations for resolving complex individual issues and exercise independent judgment while leveraging and continuing to develop expertise in the Employee Relations functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Represent enterprise at various employment hearings (i.e. mediation, wage or hour, equal employment, etc.)
- Collaborate and consult with Employee Relations colleagues, internal partners, and managers to provide guidance, coaching, feedback, and recommendations related to employee relations issues
- 2 years of Employee Relations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Rejoining the workforce after taking a current career break of at least 2 years
Human Resources:

- A BS/BA degree or higher
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Ability to manage and work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
- Knowledge of employment laws
