In this role, you will:
  • Support the operations of a specific business line
  • Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
  • Perform business operations that are administrative in nature
  • Facilitate efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the assigned operation
  • Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partners
  • Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies
  • Interact with immediate Strategy and Execution colleagues on operational initiatives
  • Provide support for a variety of diverse support functions for multiple business groups or a specific line of business
Required Qualifications:
  • 4 years of Community Relations, Business Operations or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Experience designing, implementing, and leveraging data and analytics tools to create reports and enable data-driven decision making.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.

The Global Relocation and Immigration Services team is responsible for the successful design and execution of the company's global mobility programs. The team provides support and consultation to the enterprise on international assignments, international immigration and cross-border talent movement scenarios. The team establishes and maintains compliant and consistent practices to manage the delivery of global mobility services including the initiation of work with outside vendors and the tracking and reporting of work authorization expiration for sponsored employees internationally.

The Role: Reporting to the Global Relocation & Immigration Leader, the Senior Business Execution Administrator provides data management, reporting and operational support for the mobility function. This position will be responsible for performing a variety of diverse tasks on an enterprise-wide basis in support of international mobility activity. The Senior Business Execution Administrator will collaborate with Global Mobility Consultants within and outside the U.S. to support global talent movement in alignment with business and HR strategy, tax and legal compliance.

Primary responsibilities
  • Maintains records and generates reports of all global mobility information including excel reporting, employee folders and related documentation maintained on shared drive.
  • Prepares international assignment cost estimates and international assignment letters and initiates services with external vendors.
  • Administers quarterly International Assignment Satisfaction Survey.
  • Serves as records retention coordinator for mobility and immigration functions.
  • Creates and distributes quarterly mobility function dashboard report detailing team metrics
  • Responds to inquiries for team shared email boxes.
  • Reviews vendor invoices, approves and submits same for payment.
