In this role, you will :

• Manage a Quality Assurance group or diverse and complex department focused on designing and defining quality programs and requirements for the business
• Ensure redesign and change management to resolve longer term concerns
• Develop and administer budgets, schedules, and performance standards
• Ensure effective communication strategy and adherence to company and unit policies, procedures and practices
• Assist with development of service level agreements and other departmental initiatives
• Achieve results through managers and more experienced Quality Assurance Analysts
• Collaborate with business partners to influence and enact updates as needed
• Provide direction through managers, ensuring quality standards are maintained and ensuring enactment of approaches to correct problems
• Partner with more experienced managers to allocate and coordinate resources and determine appropriate staff levels in alignment with quality program design, complexity, and work requirements
• Engage frequently with peers or more experienced level managers to advise and consult on matters regarding program effectiveness, change preparedness, technology matters, or service levels
• Conduct briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives as required
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Quality Assurance
• Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
