Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Administrator in Consumer Lending as part of the Home Lending Loan Transfer Operations (LTO) team. A Senior Business Execution Administrator may work independently or within a transfer team consisting of LTO Business Execution Consultants and / or Associates, Home Lending business units and outside business partners. The work may involve research, issue resolution and monitoring of the service release transfer plans and other duties as assigned.
In this role, you will :
- Execute transfer plans based on transfer requirements.
- Work with external and internal business partners in the coordination of transfer activities
- Track and update transfer plans, issues log, work in flight and other transfer documents.
- Document and support resolution of transfer issues
- Schedule meetings with business units and new servicers
- Capture and distribute meeting minutes.
- Support data transfer and testing activities.
