Senior Communications Consultant-Employee Engagement

About this role :

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Communications Strategy & Experience, the Senior Communications Consultant position will execute a defined set of strategic employee communications, content, and engagement initiatives across internal digital, social and physical / in-person channels. This position will partner with communicators across the enterprise and Lines of Business to deliver meaningful experiences that help employees feel informed, valued, and inspired.

In this role you will :

• Partner with communicators and subject matter experts to develop and deliver engaging content that advances Wells Fargo's business priorities and articulates the employee experience
• Support the delivery of information and experiences through digital and physical channels that engage all employees, including frontline / customer-facing audiences, with Wells Fargo's benefits, mission, and values
• Directly execute written, audio and video content that drives engagement and supports business outcomes
• Manage end-to-end content processes, including stakeholder engagement and risk management processes
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, event specialists and editors as needed
• Leverage data and learnings to continually optimize and improve effectiveness
