About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Workforce Management Leader in Resource Planning Reporting as a part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations. This transformational leader will lead and develop strategies to optimize Workforce Management (staff optimization, schedule adherence) to remove gaps and drive efficiency to optimize employee productivity. This leader will also have accountability to lead and develop strategies to analyze volumes, forecasting and planning of staffing levels in support of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations (CSBBO), ATM Strategy and Vendor Solutions (ASVS) and Retail Core Operations (RCO) delivery teams. To be
successful in this role, the individual will possess a strong understanding of workforce management, process design/engineering, and capacity planning/forecast modeling for business utility functions.

AZ - Glendale Pay Range - $111,100 - $197,500
NC - Charlotte Pay Range - $111,100 - $197,500

Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long - term incentive awards.

In this role, you will:
- Design an operating model that ensures close partnership with the delivery functions
- Collaborate horizontally to drive greater consistency and efficiency in capacity management/volume forecasting across CSBBO
- Define strategies to uplift technology and tools; advocating for mutually beneficially use of existing and emerging technologies
- 6 years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3 years Management experience
- Proven experience operating a high functioning shop (e.g. developing/overseeing sustainable practices and procedures, detailed and accurate documentation procedures and repeatability standards, enforcing accountability for high quality work
- Transformational leader with proven ability to collaborate with others, initiate action plans, manage change, make high impact decisions, and complete challenging assignments
- Experience leading a Workforce Management Function for a large-scale operation
- Experience leading capacity planning/volume forecasting, for large scale operations
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis and insights into relevant business discussions with diverse groups of leaders and organizations
- Excellent problem solving and analytic capabilities utilized to identify root cause issues/improvement opportunities and designing approaches/programs to address those issues
- Championing change, innovation and collaborates with others on continuous improvements
- Proven track record of building partnerships, collaborating, and influencing at senior levels and across lines of businesses
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Effective leadership ability to drive successful execution of strategic plans, ability to plan, prioritize, and set goals
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
