In this role, you will:
- Support moderately complex administrative tasks
- Assist in routine payroll processing, record keeping, and reports preparation
- Work closely with both internal and external customers to meet required service needs
- Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
- Receive direction from supervisors regarding routine administrative process
- Provide support in areas of reporting and handling general ledger or expense accounts of a particular business line
- Interact with other Administrative Assistants, internal partners, external customers, and experienced level leaders across the organization
Required Qualifications, US:
- 2 years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with the SAP Concur Travel, Expense & Invoice system
- Administrative support exposure; preferably within Wells Fargo supporting senior level executives
- Administrative support experience in banking or financial services
- Knowledge and understanding of business/executive travel planning
- Experience communicating in both written and verbal formats with senior executive-level leaders
- Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, accurately manage expense reimbursement, manage a busy calendar and appointments flawlessly
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
- Project management experience
- Ability to provide leadership to a virtual or remote team
- Accounts payable experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:
- Preferred locations are listed above. Other locations will not be considered.
- This position is hybrid and will require the selected candidate to work on-site /in-office 3 days a week.
