Commercial Loan Servicing Representative

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Representative in Commercial Banking as part of the Wholesale Lending Operations / Commercial Banking Operations division. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

• Support servicing commercial, construction loans and problem loans.

• Identify ways to improve loan processing within established procedures

• Perform routine administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks

• Enter data, process payments and loan coding changes, monitor, research and correct exception reports, audit the system of record, and process cash management transactions

• Receive direction from supervisors, and escalate non-routine client concerns to experienced individuals

• Interact with internal and external customers to respond to the raised concerns as well as determine appropriate course of action

• Serve as an intermediary between parties to resolve disputed matters, negotiates, and enact settlements accordingly

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• ​Desired Qualifications:

• 6 months of AFS experience

• CEO/Vantage experience

• Loan IQ experience

• Business and accounting skills 

• Analyze and interpret financial information

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlines

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

• Ability to set priorities, plan and organize work

• Sound risk management mindset and good understanding of compliance

• Demonstrates/maintains professional conduct under all circumstances

• Ability to learn quickly 

• Highly motivated individual who is able to work independently and in a team environment

• Ability to recognize and escalate issues to management for any process breaches

• Ability to multitask to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines effectively

• Ability to work quickly & accurately while maintaining acceptable standards of workmanship

• Flexibility to stretch to accomplish projects timely
