About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Transformation Coach to join the Chief Operating Office (COO) Product Enablement Office (PEO). Joining our team will allow you to work in a diverse and exciting environment where you’ll gain exposure to numerous lines of business within the COO. You’ll bring your deep product, agile, systems thinking and influencing expertise to bear to help drive our product transformation successfully forward.
In this role, you will:
- Build relationships and act as trusted advisor to senior leadership, partners and teams.
- Influence transformational change for highly complex businesses.
- Engage with all levels across the firm to translate product and agile theory into tangible actions.
- Upskill people and help evolve how teams work together.
- Coach the discovery of products and for continuous delivery of customer-centric work and value.
- Guide product and product line leaders as they learn to create canvases, backlogs, OKRs and roadmaps, understand their customers, and use iterative development via modern engineering.
- Coach leaders to consider change complexity and the structure required to enable transformation.
- Lead the resolution of highly complex challenges by asking open, analytical questions.
- Create, gain buy-in for, and implement proactive coaching plans that leverage observations and enterprise assessments to mature the skills of product managers and team product managers.
- Participate in forums and communities of practice to provide strategic thought leadership and guidance on proven approaches for resolving impediments.
- Guide product managers and product owners on the beneficial use of metrics for continuous improvements and data-driven decisions
- Provide vision, direction and mentoring for peer coaches, product leaders, and others to aid growth.
Required Qualifications, US:
- 7 years of Agile (Coaching, Scrum or product owner) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 5 years of product management experience
- 5 years’ experience providing coaching within a large, complex organization
- Advanced systems-thinking skills
- Advanced human-centered design skills
- Expert verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence senior leaders to gain commitment to accomplish transformation goals
- Demonstrated passion for teaching preferably with obtainment of coaching certification
- Ability to manage large-scale change in a complex environment
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Skill in establishing and maintaining a viable network of peers and influencers to resolve impediments and cultivate transformation advocates
