Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to lead execution of key digital product development efforts for Consumer and Small Business Deposits that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk. In this role, you will:
Work with Financial Product & Process teams to create project intake requests and business justifications identifying impacted technology applications
Lead discovery efforts by partnering with architects to determine how to build out key system capabilities for a target launch
Translate business requirements into features actionable by various technology teams
Develop project/program plans to include key stakeholders both within the deposits product areas as well as across CSBB & technology
Lead/Participate in project/program meetings and troubleshoot roadblocks/challenges as they arise to ensure timelines stay on track
Partner with IRM teams to ensure alignment on change governance requirements and lead efforts to create change management artifacts (typically higher risk change paths such as RACP and RANBI)
Lead change management artifact presentation at required tollgates in collaboration with financial product, process & SDI partners
Identify potential risks when implementing change, ensure timely communication to leadership, and lead development of mitigation strategies and plans
Ensure testing is completed in a timely manner per the requirements specified by the financial product, process & SDI teams, and engage these teams as necessary to validate output of testing scripts
Recommend opportunities for business execution process improvement
Required Qualifications, US:
7 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Financial product management experience – banking experience preferred
Strong understanding of banking deposit products and services
Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings)
Experience with digital solution design & development
Experience with change management
Digital product and project management experience
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Strong relationship management, influencing, vision, operational and execution skills.
Proven ability to influence, educate and advocate for an idea or vision and gain alignment.
Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve problems.
Comfortable working with a wide variety of corporate executives, channels, marketing, operations, and other business partners
Ability to create clear and compelling presentations with exceptional strategic “storytelling” skills.
Exceptional organization, coordination, and time management skills
High degree of comfort with data, analysis, metrics, and financials to identify opportunities or understand problems.
