SUMMARY
The Pharmacy Technician - Par Room is responsible for maintaining the daily duties and responsibilities of the Par Level Inventory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Restocking of Par level inventory
- Maintaining 5s Inventory Management; (Sorting, Straightening, Shinning, Standardizing, Sustaining)
- Daily Cycle counts of Par level inventory
- Monthly inventory counts
- Picking of PAR level inventory
- Reduction of inventory Lot numbers in Care Point
- Adjustments of Inventory in Care Point
- Removal of expired products
- Maintains effective FDS and inventory MIN/MAX levels
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Registered Pharmacy Technician a plus!
