GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for the development of production shop tickets, shop drawing for concrete products such as sinks, countertops, and treads in Revit (BIM). Additional responsibilities include creating production tickets and working with management to ensure the details and drawings have been completed correctly so that product is built to specifications: interacting with Engineers, Sales, Production and QC to ensure product requirements are met is essential.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development of production shop tickets, shop drawings for concrete products in Revit (BIM).
- Creating production tickets and working with management to ensure the details and drawings are completed correctly and the product is built to specifications.
- Maintains good housekeeping and always follows safety policies and procedures.
- Performs additional duties as requested or required.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Associates degree in similar field
- Experience using Autodesk products including AutoCAD Revit BIM and Rhino.
- Revit experience is required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to standards as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Must be detail orientated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experienced in similar concrete related industry is preferred.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to work as a team player and communicate effectively.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for typing, filing, and using office equipment.
- Visual acuity and ability to read small print.
- Hearing acuity and ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment.
- Mobility and ability to move around the office as needed.
