Position : Drafter
Term: Full time, on-site opportunity
Compensation: $50,000 - 52,000 benefits
Onsite: Duluth, GA
We are in need of a professional drafter to join our team in Duluth.
Requirements:
- 2 Years experience in drafting
- Woodworking knowledge a plus
- AutoCAD and Bluebeam fluency
- Must be familiar with LEED, FSC, AWI, AWI QCP, and SEFA standards
Specific Responsibilities:
- Prepare shop drawings and product data using AutoCAD or Microvellum
- Revise shop drawings & product data as necessary
- Maintain updated records of all architectural drawings and revisions
- Document management of shop drawings and product data, including revisions
- Attend hand-off meetings as necessary
- Track contract drawings such as specs, RFI's, ASI's, bulletins etc
Description:
- Understanding of cabinet/millwork design and construction
- Assure projects are scheduled and delivered on time and budget
- Must be fluent in reading architectural drawings
Salary : $48,000 - $52,000
