Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
General Summary
Performs clerical tasks of a routine but varied nature in conjunction with moderate but proficient typing.
Essential Functions:
- Performs related clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, answering telephones, setting up/maintaining files and distributing incoming mail and reports.
- Posts data to various records and forms, makes and maintains charts, gathers data from various sources and prepares reports, answers and files correspondence and performs similar duties requiring the exercise of clerical and office skills.
- Performs light typing, operates a CRT or related office equipment in fulfilling work assignments.
- Enters or retrieves data from established computer files.
- Maintains records, checks data and prepares standard reports.
- Schedules meetings, training and other requirements for staff.
- Performs related duties such as photocopying, as well as other duties assigned.
Common Expectations:
- Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assessment and safety standards.
- Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.
- Performs related receptionist and clerical functions as required.
- Schedules patient appointments within established parameters.
- Runs special errands as required.

Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
Work Experience:
- Less than 1 year 3 months. Required

- Medical Terminology Upon Hire Preferred
