About the Role
As an Infection Control Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring infection control policies and procedures. You will work closely with the healthcare team to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices to reduce HAIs. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to educate staff on infection prevention strategies.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree and a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Certification in Infection Control (CIC) is preferred but not required.
