Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for clients with intellectual disabilities.
- Provide direct support and assistance in daily living activities, ensuring client safety and well-being.

- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Conduct assessments of client needs, including memory care requirements and medication management.

Qualifications
