Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings related to plumbing layouts.
- Help with construction plumbing tasks, including pipe threading and assembling piping systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Participate in remodeling projects by assisting with the installation of new plumbing systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Basic math skills to assist with measurements and calculations.
- Familiarity with construction sites and practices is preferred.
- Willingness to learn about construction plumbing techniques and tools.
- Ability to read blueprints is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Must be physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting heavy materials.
