Job Description: The BCBA Clinical Assistant is responsible for supervising and maintaining their assigned clinic under the guidance of the Clinical Supervisor. Oversees clinic staff and attends to issues at the designated clinic in the absence of the Clinical Supervisor.
What you'll be doing:
- Complete and oversee clinical responsibilities for all BCBAs at respective clinic.
- Overseeing and advising staff at the Madison Behavior Therapy Clinic.
- Oversee Program Coordination- writing of Skill Acquisition Programs and Behavior Reduction Interventions.
- Provide hands on training and feedback to both the Program Coordinator and/or RBTs.
- Analyze data and graphs and provide feedback and recommendations.
- Weekly Team Meetings to discuss Clinic Goals.
- Monthly Clinic meeting with Staff and Parents to discuss programs, future goals, and behaviors.
- Supervise Program Coordinator in designing Skill Acquisition and Behavior Reduction Programs.
- Conduct and oversee Assessments.
- Scheduling and Progress Reports.
- Conduct or Oversee Parent Training sessions.
- Job duties may also include: Leading Workshops, Teacher Trainings. Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, and School Consultation.
- Communicating Clinic news and happenings to staff and parents.
- Organization of Clinic, materials, and notebooks.
- Overseeing and evaluating clinical staff and their job duties.
- Communicating and reporting directly to the Clinical Director.
- Leading the team during community outings and fundraisers.
- Upholding ethical and professional standards within the Madison Behavior Therapy Clinic.
- Communicating services provided at the MBT Clinic to the greater community.
- Assisting Director in Professional Presentations.
- Upholding and adhering to the BACB Code of Ethics.
- Adhering to BHCOE requirements and creating an environment in which staff will adhere to requirements.
- Development of Clinical & Business Goals to sustain and support growth.
- Training & Retention of Staff.
- Developing and Mentoring Staff using ABA and OBM research.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for:
- Bachelors degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or a related field
- Masters degree in applied Behavior Analysis
- BACB Board Certification in good standing
- Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of Alabama
- Completion of 8-hour Supervisor Course
Experience:
- Requires a minimum of 5 years experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis working with children
- Experience managing up to 20 RBTs
- Experience training families
- Writing and adjusting skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Conducting Functional Analyses in a Clinical Setting
- Conducting common ABA assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, etc.)
- Experience using OBM to manage clinical staff
