Maintenance Director
Wellsville Health Care Center, has a challenging opportunity for an experienced, energetic, result oriented Maintenance Director to oversee the department.
This “hands-on” position requires organization and leadership/management experience preferably in a nursing home facility. Duties to include:
- General knowledge of heating, air-conditioning.
- Basic knowledge of construction and repairs.
- Knowledge of electric wiring and repairs
- Diagnosis of plumbing and repairs.
