BASE SALARY: $110,000 - $150,000 PLUS FULL BENEFITS/BONUSES.

Director of Nursing
We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing department at a behavioral health facility in Vancouver, WA. This role is ideal for a dedicated nursing leader with a passion for psychiatric and behavioral health care. The DON will oversee nursing operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster a collaborative environment focused on high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Act as a liaison between physicians, patients, referral sources, and staff.
• Develop and implement policies to maintain compliance with healthcare standards.
• Oversee staffing, training, and development of nursing personnel.
• Prepare monthly reports and contribute to strategic planning for patient care services.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Active, unencumbered nursing license in the state of Washington
• Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Leadership experience in an inpatient behavioral health or psychiatric setting
• CPR Certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment
